Morning:     Jumping Training: Course components combined
(Individual obstacles and jumping sequences such as distances and combinations)
Afternoon:     Dressage Training: The Scale of training for jumping horses

    “Train like the Professionals”
Workshop on physical and mental fitness with Lena Koch
When you enter the show-arena, it is not only your horse that needs to be fit in order to perform well. You also have to be at the top of your game, mentally and physically, to win your competition.
During the Bexter-Hof Summer Training Sport-manager and sport-psychologist Lena Koch will bring out the best in you by testing your fitness and setting up a personal fitness program for every participant! She will also prepare you for your upcoming competitions and focus on your concentration ability and mental strength.

Friday, July 27th 2018
Morning:     It’s Show-Time

(Walking the course together,warming up,jumping an entire course
under competition conditions with video recordings)
Afternoon:     Video analysis, individual discussion, and developing a future training
plan for each rider in cooperation with the home trainer

Saturday, July 28th 2018
Morning:     Departure to Berlin (GER)
        Visit Longines Global Champions Tour, Berlin
Evening:    Arrival at Bad Salzuflen
End of the Summer Training Bexter Hof

Sunday, July 29th 2018
Morning:     Departure to Hannover Airport Moscow, Russian Friendships

Costs:
Costs for the whole trip: 2200 Euro

All riding lessons and workshops

Hiring horse
Accommodation, flights
Daily transportation to the Bexter Hof and back to the hotels)

Limited number of participants:
Please be aware that the number of participants is limited for the Bexter Hof Summer Training and for the Russian Friendship

Horses:
If you bring your own horse
A limited number of permanent stalls is available
Box 20,- € per stall/box/day (incl. hay and straw)

There is a great chance to combine this training with a visit of the CHIO Aachen and the participation at the Russian Friendships.
Aachen will be before the Bexter Hof Summer Training from the 13th to the 22th of July.
The Russian Friendships will take place after the Bexter Hof Summer Training from the 31th of July until 5Th of August at the Maxima Stables in Moscow. We will bring the concept of the German Friendships to Russia
